B&W Negitives

B&W Negitives

Black & White Negitives

With many thanks to Chris who provided me with a professional scanner,  and this website, I was able to post the photos taken from the piles on negatives.

I would appreciate it if anyone viewing these can correct me in the identification of these photos.  If anyone of my familial viewers do spot errors, omissions, or additions please email me at mwalker@telus.net and I will have these corrected on the website.

This is just the beginning and there will be much more to come.   These photos are fond in the Negatives B&W initial.  Any further additions will have posting dates attached.

As I got further along I have taken steps to make life easier in naming these photos so I can retrieve them by breaking them down into envelope #’s, so by sending that corresponding number I can correct the title.  I have just run the basic scan with minor corrections and cropping.  If anyone in the extended families wishes copies, I will do my best to enhance and enlarge.

To help viewers out in this batch I have used the following:

Who, where, unknown (and in a couple of places unknown), I think, and I believe for photos I am not sure of and need your help

Instead of mom, dad, granny etc. I have used the following—

Jack, Eileen, Jessie,Bill Willet, Hilma and Dave (Jack’s parents) Mick, Paddy (to differentiate for Pat Olsen), Kel , Laurie, and Duff

Olsen, Bob, Pat, Bob Jr, Arlene, Ted, and Ken (the rest aren’t here yet)

Doran, Walley, Molly (don’t think I have any yet) Bill (sorry you may key in on a Willet)

All of the above are key words that you can search for under windows explorer as part of the document name

Any suggestions,    Mick
